10-year structural warranty
Every Westcott home is backed by a 10-year Building Warranty through Stamford Insurance. If a structural defect affects a home within ten years of completion, the repairs are covered by insurance, with no need to establish who is at fault or work through lengthy litigation first.
Preapprovals and finance advice
