Westcott Developments was founded in 2018 on a simple conviction: that thoughtfully designed homes should be within reach of more New Zealanders. Since then we have delivered 164 homes across seven Auckland suburbs - from terraced neighbourhoods to architectural residences.
Our team brings up to a decade of industry experience to every project, drawing on architecture, construction and community planning to shape places people are genuinely proud to call home.
